Description The Integration Post-Go-live Consultant will be an integral part of our customers' journey from before they purchase our product, all the way through to our Post Go-Live services. As part of the US Operations team, and the overall Global Customer Services Team, your daily functions include acting as a technical SME for the more functional teams, as well as processing tickets from a queue-based system which can range from advanced technical troubleshooting of escalated tickets, to processing service tasks in support of on-boarding new clients and maintaining system uptime. Responsibilities: Perform tasks related to the setup and rollout of new clients Provide technical guidance and insight to the customer facing team members (Project managers, Post Go-live services etc.) Develop tools and update processes to make delivery more efficient Adept at dealing with sensitive data and proficient in providing and maintaining high client service standards Display exceptional organizational skills and have a high-risk consideration of implications of any changes made on the systems Collaborate and work with non-technical customers (internal and external) on highly technical issues Maintain project management tools for all integration projects Participate in special projects to help improve and enhance the team's best practices and processesCompetencies required: Experience in troubleshooting issues / IT development knowledge Significant experience in basic networking protocols, including TCP/IP, HTTP, SFTP, DNS Demonstrate solid understanding of SaaS environments and appreciation of Uptime and Service Level Agreements (SLA) in a technical and/or internet-based environment Ability to create and manage documentation Working knowledge of Linux and understanding of Linux-based software stacks Python scripting experience is a plus API experience is a plusEducation:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent professional experienceExperience:4+ years of experience in Technical consulting and/or technical client roll out4+ years of experience in any customer facing roleExpertise on HRSD products would be an advantageFor individuals with disabilities that need additional assistance at any point , please email
