As a Marketing Cloud Developer at Sumeru Inc, you will play a crucial role in designing technical end-to-end solutions for business processes within the Marketing Cloud platform. Your responsibilities will include providing technical and architectural leadership for Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications, defining technical evaluation criteria for product and technology selection, and ensuring that all architectural solutions result in a coherent systems design. You will lead technical design sessions, provide input to project initiation documents, and collaborate closely with development teams to ensure successful project realization. This role requires 1-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer in a multi-org environment. You should have proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration, release management, and change management. Proficiency in Marketing Cloud Deployment Manager, GitHub, and Bitbucket is preferred, along with a deep understanding of configuration management in Marketing Cloud. Knowledge of Marketing Cloud functionalities such as AMPscript, Content Builder, SQL, Email Studio, and Automation Studio is essential. Additionally, familiarity with Salesforce.com best practices, coding standards, and implementation methodologies like Agile and SCRUM is required. To be successful in this role, you should hold certifications as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant. Fluency in business English and at least a Minimum C1 German proficiency is necessary. You should be able to translate business requirements into user stories and provide suitable solutions, while also having experience in Agile methodologies.
