You have over 5 years of experience as a marketing cloud developer. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements and providing high-quality technical solutions to empower the Marketing teams in utilizing the Marketing Cloud automation platform effectively. Your main tasks will involve assisting the email marketing team by creating custom queries, email templates, amp script-based dynamic templates, automation jobs, and developing comprehensive customer journeys. To excel in this position, you should have expertise in email and marketing automation software and integrating them with databases. Experience in Marketing Cloud Connect integration is essential. You should be familiar with all Marketing Cloud Builders and Studios, including Mobile Connect and Personalization Builder for Emails. Proficiency in developing responsive email templates using AMPscript and Guide Template Language is crucial. Your responsibilities will also include front-end development to build Cloud Pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AMPScript. You will be required to implement automated solutions using Marketing Cloud Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) and have a strong command of SQL and an in-depth understanding of the Marketing Cloud's contact data model. A solid grasp of Journey Builder and Audience Builder configuration within the Marketing Cloud ecosystem is necessary. You should be able to gather requirements effectively and translate them into scalable technical solutions that cater to multiple business units. Experience with web service integration (REST/SOAP) and familiarity with agile SCRUM practices and associated tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack are important. Additionally, a fundamental understanding of database technologies, both RDBMS and NoSQL, is expected. Holding certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and/or Marketing Cloud Consultant will be advantageous in this role.,
