Role & responsibilities Developing solutions end-to-end in-line with business requirements and development principles. Contributing to technical solution design. Liaising and collaborating with marketing and product colleagues to help them get the most out of marketing technology. Identifying and delivering on training needs amongst end-users. Documenting technical designs, training resources and key engineering decisions. Presenting solutions to the wider business and senior leadership. Working with QA engineers to make sure quality requirements are met and acceptance criteria satisfied. Recommending appropriate marketing tech enhancements and keeping on top of innovations within the marketing automation space. Participating in team retros and making recommendations regarding ways of working. Adhering to security and data governance principles. Adhering to development principles regarding security, resilience and performance. Occasionally responding to out-of-hours support requests. Preferred candidate profile The ideal skills for the role are: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification desired. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator or Developer Certification desired. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including: Journey builder Email studio Perks and benefits
