Roles and Responsibilities : Provide technical expertise on Salesforce Cloud solutions to clients, ensuring successful implementation and maintenance of their business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, develop, test, and deploy customizations using Salesforce tools such as Apex, LWCs, and Visualforce. Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing strategic guidance on how to leverage Salesforce capabilities for improved business outcomes. Participate in project planning activities including creating RFP responses, developing solution designs, and estimating project timelines. Job Requirements : 4-9 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with a focus on strategy consulting or functional consulting. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Cloud platform including its features, functionality, and best practices. Proven track record of delivering high-quality results through effective communication skills (written & verbal) and ability to work independently.
