Sales Engineer / Sr. Sales Engineer Location: Ahmedabad | Hyderabad | Bangalore | Delhi | Mumbai Experience: 4 – 9 years Job Responsibilities Drive sales for MOONS’ motion control product portfolio: stepper motors, drives, linear actuators, servomotors, and servo drives. Build and nurture strategic relationships with OEMs, channel partners, and key decision-makers. Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners in your territory to maximize market coverage. Deliver solutions by understanding customer needs in motion control, automation, and smart systems. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent pre-sales and post-sales support. Own your numbers: meet sales targets, forecast accurately, and submit timely reports. Job Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering. 4 to 9 years of Technical sales experience in Motion Control or Industrial Automation (e.g. stepper/servo motors, drives, HMIs, PLCs, controllers). Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect with CEOs, MDs, and senior management. Self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Willing to travel as needed across the assigned region.
