Job Description

As a principal Services & Lifecycle Support Engineer at Broadcom, you will play a key role in developing the next generation of modern private cloud service and support offerings for strategic customers. Your focus will be on building technology-centric solutions to drive high-impact consulting and lifecycle support for customers adopting private cloud and modern applications infrastructure. Success in this role will involve gathering regional market requirements, developing technical solutions, and enabling the success of practitioners and partners worldwide. You will measure your success based on the impact on customer value realization and consumption growth resulting from the launch and scaling of high-quality offers and engagement delivery materials. Your work will require a mix of business and technical acumen, focusing on driving growth while considering both Division and regional objectives. Experience with consumption-oriented software businesses and applications development will be beneficial. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills will be essential throughout the service and lifecycle support development process. In this position, you will be responsible for producing high-quality VMware Cloud Foundation modern private cloud and application infrastructure services and lifecycle support offerings. This includes developing standardized scoping, resourcing, proposal and engagement delivery materials, technical enablement resources, and best practice documentation. Collaboration with product and services engineering, solution architecture, marketing, and delivery teams will be crucial to achieving customer and business objectives. In this role, you will work closely with a manager who has extensive technical and commercial leadership experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with a self-starter mentality and ownership mindset in a fast-paced, technology-led growth environment. Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related experience or a Master's degree with 10+ years of experience preferred, or equivalent experience.
