ServiceNow Developer - HRSD (Senior to Architect level)

Location : Pan India - Remote

Notice Period : 0 to 15 days (preferred Immediate Joiners and Serving NP)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on HRSD implementation and customization (minimum 3-5 years).

Deep expertise in ServiceNow HRSD modules including:

- HR Case Management

- Knowledge Management

- Employee Service Center / Employee Center Pro

- Lifecycle Events (Onboarding, Offboarding, etc.)

- Employee Document Management

- Virtual Agent

- HR Agent Workspace

Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform development:

- JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS

- Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, Access Control Lists (ACLs)

- Workflows, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, Service Portal development (Widgets, Pages)

- Custom Application Development (Scoped Applications)

Extensive experience with integrations:

- REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML

- MID Servers

- Knowledge of common HR system integrations (e.g., Workday, SAP HR).

Solid understanding of HR functions, processes, and best practices.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

ServiceNow Certifications (preferred):

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - HR Service Delivery
