Description
As a ServiceNow Developer with 4-9 years of experience, you will be responsible for IT Application Development with a primary focus on ServiceNow design and development. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Application Development, with at least 4+ years dedicated to ServiceNow. Your strong knowledge of JavaScript, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, DDL, DML, and MySQL will be essential for this role. In this position, you will work on ServiceNow Configuration Items, including Business Rules, Tables, Workflows, and Flows. You will be involved in developing New Projects/Change Requests (CRs) using ServiceNow for both backend and front-end applications. Your understanding of design processes will enable you to effectively translate requirements into High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD). Your responsibilities will also include maintaining the source code, update sets, and the code base of ServiceNow. You will be expected to develop applications using best practices such as design patterns, coding techniques, and naming conventions. Conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and performing Unit Testing on applications will be part of your routine tasks. Additionally, you should be proficient in following SDLC processes and creating relevant documentation, including LLD, Development, Unit Testing, Release, and Operational procedures. Familiarity with ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management would be beneficial for this role. Experience in Agile development methodologies and working in a SCRUM environment will be an advantage. Knowledge of ServiceNow Integration methods such as REST APIs, SOAP, MID Server, and Web Services is desirable. Your ability to work with third-party integrations and knowledge of ServiceNow integrations with external systems will be valuable assets in this position. Overall, you should have a strong background in IT Application Development, with a significant focus on ServiceNow development and configuration. Your expertise in Servicenow, Application Development, JavaScript, Integrations, CSM, and CMDB will play a crucial role in your success as a ServiceNow Developer.,
