Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Register and track customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and resolved.
Assist in the process of facilitating free product replacements for customers as needed.
Coordinate with relevant departments to expedite replacement processes.
Work closely with branch offices to ensure effective communication regarding customer complaints and service needs.
Provide support in resolving any issues that arise between branches and customers.
Prepare and maintain monthly reports on customer complaints, resolutions, and service performance metrics.
Analyze trends in complaints to identify areas for improvement.
Provide necessary support to service technicians while they are on-site, including troubleshooting and problem-solving assistance.
Ensure that technicians have access to the resources they need for efficient service delivery.
Support the maintenance and organization of service records and documentation.
Ensure all service activities are accurately logged and up to date.
Analyze customer complaints to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with the engineering team to provide feedback on product performance and quality.
Pl Note: Experience in Valve industry is must.
