Job Description & Responsibilities:
a)Diagnosing technical issues and troubleshooting problems
b)Resolving problems to minimize downtime
c)Documenting service activities
d)Collaborating with other teams to solve problems
e)To carry out commissioning of new equipment
f)Have previous experience in CNC Plasma & Oxyfuel working machine tools service, preferably CNC laser systems fibre
g)Experience with Eckelmann, Fanuc CNC control systems
h)Good Electronic/Electrical/pneumatic
i)Great customer service attitude and communication skill
j)Submitting scheduled Reports and Planning on time.
k)Hiring and training Service subordinates
l)Needs to complete the full process right up from planning to closing the service.
m)Coordinating with immediate manager for costing and price related activities
n)Reverting to customer emails, complaints within 24 hours. If there is any activity which would take some time, then the same should be proactively communicated to the customer / client.
