Experience:

Total years of Experience: 5 – 8 Yrs

Relevant years of Experience: Min 3 + Years on Service Desk

Domain: Infrastructure support (MS O365, Windows, etc.)


IT Support Skills:

Must have very strong experience on Desktop Support

Strong experience on Windows 10 / 11

Experience in Troubleshooting VPN issues

Wireless issues resolution

Familiarity with MS Office Suites

Experience on L1 support related Issues Handling

Experience on SOP-based troubleshooting required


Preferred Experience

• Target Companies like Genpact, Accenture (AR), Wipro

• Tier-2 experienced candidates

• Enterprise-scale support experience is a big plus

• Flexible working in Night Shift
