Job Description

As a Service Delivery Operations Analyst at Accenture, you will play a key role in the Procurement management team, utilizing a systematic approach to ensure the company acquires all necessary goods and services sustainably. Your responsibilities will extend beyond simply processing purchase orders, as you will be instrumental in helping clients optimize savings and value from their expenditures on essential business operations. Your main tasks will involve identifying needs, sourcing and vetting suppliers, soliciting proposals, negotiating contracts, overseeing delivery, and evaluating outcomes. By analyzing and refining best practices for tactical and transactional procurement processes, you will contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Your role will also entail planning and implementing procurement strategies based on a comprehensive understanding of relevant technologies and optimal process performance indicators.
