Service Delivery Manager

As a Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Project Owner to devise a comprehensive project plan. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the project's progress, ensuring it remains on track to meet deadlines, and reporting the project status to stakeholders. You will also facilitate effective communication within the project team. Supporting and advancing quality assurance objectives for projects will be a key aspect of your role. You will actively participate in all release management cycles, conducting both quantitative and qualitative analysis, forecasting trends, identifying and managing risks, and more. Additionally, you will coach the project team on Agile/Scrum methodologies and oversee the implementation of project management processes. Your duties will involve guaranteeing the timely delivery of all projects within scope and budget. You will manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate tools and techniques. Monitoring project performance and overseeing the relationship with clients and stakeholders will be crucial tasks, alongside conducting risk management to minimize project risks. To meet budgetary objectives, you will analyze financial data and adjust project constraints as needed. Leading a cross-functional project team to successfully deliver complex development projects will also be part of your responsibilities. You will drive process improvement by promoting the adoption of Agile frameworks in project delivery and provide guidance to the Engineering team from a feature/product development perspective. The ideal candidate possesses excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively are essential. A solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, Project Management, Software Development Life Cycle, and Software Quality Assurance methodologies is required. Experience with project management tools and bug/issue tracking systems is preferred. You should have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or demonstrate proven working experience in project management. A minimum of 15 years of experience in the field is expected. Being self-driven, detail-oriented, organized, and possessing strong prioritization and multitasking skills are crucial for success in this role. Experience in utilizing Agile performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement, as well as working with remote teams, is highly beneficial.,
