Receive and process service requests via phone, email, or internal systems. Schedule and dispatch service technicians or contractors based on availability and job priority. Track and manage open service tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Maintain accurate records of service activities, equipment, and customer information. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, parts, billing) to support service delivery. Generate and review service reports, invoices, and customer feedback. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and service standards.
