Service and Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Service and Maintenance Engineer (Fresher or up to 2 years of experience) to join our production team. The role involves routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting of plant machinery, and ensuring smooth daily operations at our manufacturing unit in Kohara, Ludhiana.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance of production machinery and utilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in a timely manner.
• Support in installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and records.
• Coordinate with the production team to minimize equipment downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Assist senior engineers and vendors in service-related tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / B.Tech / ITI in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Instrumentation or related fields.
• 0–2 years of experience in equipment servicing or maintenance (freshers may apply).
• Basic knowledge of motors, pumps, compressors, PLCs, and control panels is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Should be proactive and able to work under supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
