Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure tables are clean, presentable, and properly set
  • Respond to guest needs, questions, or complaints with care
  • Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
  • Upsell menu items and recommend specials or promotions
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per company policy
  • Process billing and payments using POS systems
  • Help with closing duties, including cleaning and stock checks

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is a bonus)
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Neat appearance and good personal hygiene
  • Ability to handle pressure during busy hours
  • Prior experience in F&B/hospitality is a plus, but not mandatory
