What day to day work will include - Develop pitch specific SEO strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Account Management, Business Development, Content and Design. - Maintain and Improve SEO reporting dashboard logic to be customized and used for clients SEO performance tracking. - Be adept in understanding nuances of various industries and mapping SEO strategies to the client’s market position - Have thorough and hands-on experience implementing SEO and demonstrated success in achieving result - Execute SEO plans with a keen eye on detail to meet and exceed defined success metrics. - Liaison and collaborate with asset development teams (Websites, Blogs, Creatives), business development (Pitches, Trend updates) as well as account management (Reporting, Analysis, strategic and Campaign Updates) to ensure smooth functioning of all projects. - Create periodic reports and dashboards to update all stakeholders on the status of ongoing projects. - In-depth performance analysis to find opportunities for optimization of current strategy and development of the overall business’ digital strategy. - Build capabilities for scale by identifying partners, skills and trends in the digital marketing ecosystem. - Keep abreast with latest trends and innovations to bring in best practices and create inspirational work. - Go on to build a high-performance execution team to offer best-in-class solutions towards all projects Who You Are – Competency - Excellent communicator and Self-declared SEO nerd always up-to-date with the developments in this dynamic field. - Fluent across platforms and industry leading tools with a clear point of view on which tool serves which purpose the best. - Have a thorough understanding of the entire SEO process and demonstrated success in achieving results for diverse Industries and Geographies - Familiar with widely used CMS tools for SEO - Abreast of the latest trends in search, content marketing, website design and Performance Marketing Culture - Pathologically curious with a deep-rooted desire to learn more, know more and do more. - Positive and Passionate about brands, consumers, technology and markets. - Invested in personal, professional and organizational growth; Constantly seeking ways to strengthen the synergies between all three.
