Job Description

Hiring for US based big Multinational Company (MNC)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Tester to lead quality assurance efforts across our software development lifecycle. The Senior Tester will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test strategies to ensure high-quality product delivery. This role requires strong technical skills, a thorough understanding of testing best practices, and the ability to mentor junior QA team members.

Design and develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing.
Execute tests (manual and/or automated) to identify bugs, performance issues, and usability problems.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
Lead defect triage meetings, report bugs clearly, and track resolutions.
Ensure quality gates are met across multiple release cycles and environments.
Maintain and enhance automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
Perform regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
Mentor and guide junior testers, promoting QA best practices.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Proficient in test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr, QTest).
Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter, Cypress).
Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
