Job Description

Own and deliver state-level sales targets for both Government (EPC) and Private Sales. Identify high-potential districts and drive market expansion strategies. Build, develop, and manage a strong dealer and channel partner network. Ensure high conversion rates of leads through effective dealer engagement. Establish and maintain strong relationships with government departments and DISCOMs. Track and pursue business opportunities under government solar pump schemes. Lead and mentor the state sales team; conduct regular performance reviews. Drive timely collections and monitor dealer payment discipline. Maintain up-to-date MIS and reporting on sales performance and pipeline. Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and statutory norms.
