Senior Talent Partner (Embedded Recruitment) About the Role Were looking for a Senior Talent Partner to join our embedded recruitment team. In this role, you'll work closely with a specific client as an extension of their internal talent team. You’ll support their hiring goals through full-cycle recruitment, provide market insights, and build strong relationships with hiring managers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a consultative approach and can manage multiple roles effectively. Key Responsibilities Be a trusted advisor to the client, understanding their hiring needs, culture, and growth plans. Manage end-to-end recruitment across various functions, ensuring a smooth hiring process. Source and engage top talent through proactive outreach and networking. Share data-driven insights to improve hiring strategies and decision-making. Deliver a great candidate experience while representing the client’s brand and values. Work closely with hiring managers, HR, and leaders to improve recruitment processes. Stay updated on market trends and best practices to enhance hiring outcomes. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in an embedded, RPO, or in-house setting. Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders. Strong expertise in sourcing, talent mapping, and data-driven recruiting . Experience hiring across multiple disciplines, including Tech, Sales, Product, and Corporate functions . A consultative approach with the ability to influence and advise on best hiring practices. Fluency in English ; Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment with shifting priorities.
