Ready to take on this responsibility As a Sourcing Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of Talent Acquisition, responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier candidates to meet our organization's hiring needs. Using your expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate outreach techniques, you'll search various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates who align with our company's values and requirements. **Key Accountabilities** What you'll be doing: - Work with Recruiters to develop close working relationships that deliver a great candidate and hiring manager experience. - Contribute to recruitment discussions and vacancy briefing calls with Hiring Managers, leaving the discussion with a detailed understanding of the client's business and the requirements and unique selling points of the role. - Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, databases, and other creative methods, to identify and engage with potential candidates. - Be accountable for the delivery of high-quality, engaged candidate shortlists to your Hiring Managers, that provide accurate, complete information enabling informed hiring decisions. - Demonstrate innovative, critical thinking and a commitment to learning the fundamentals of sourcing so you can support your client to hire the best talent in the market, not just those who are actively on the market. - Gain an understanding that enables you to review and post compelling, accurate job adverts that amplify your client's brand and attract candidates to review and apply. - Gain insight into candidate skills, background, behaviors, career aspirations, and motivations and use this to make informed selection decisions. - Support candidates keeping them up to date as they progress through the recruitment process. - Work with your team to build talent pools of great candidates that can be considered for other roles. - Learn to present candidates to clients in an accurate and compelling way. - Track progress, data, and performance on all applicable systems. **Skills & Experience** You'll need to demonstrate: - Effective communication skills with the ability to negotiate with and influence others and be clear, engaging, and professional in written communications. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a demanding environment. - Ability to digest, retain, and utilize information to make decisions and influence others. - Experience conducting research and analysis and leveraging data to make recommendations that you have presented to others to influence decision-making. - Familiarity with one or more sectors that we operate in, e.g., Technology, Financial Services. - Provide regular reports and metrics on sourcing activities, including sourcing channels, candidate engagement, and pipeline status, to stakeholders and management.
