We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable applications that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development:
Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications and services in accordance with best practices and company standards.
Architecture Design:
Contribute to the architectural design of software solutions and ensure scalability, performance, and security.
Code Review:
Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to development standards.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in existing applications.
Mentoring:
Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support in their development.
Documentation:
Create and maintain technical documentation for software applications, including design specifications and user guides.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Requirements:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong understanding of programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, etc.).
Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js) is a plus.
Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and familiarity with database design principles.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD pipelines.
