Oversee overall operations and sales performance of our branches in Madurai and Coimbatore.
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of 50+ sales executives, supervisors, and support staff.
Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Monitor branch performance, footfall conversion, and customer engagement.
Coordinate with procurement, merchandising, and inventory teams for smooth product flow.
Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and showroom upkeep.
Drive customer satisfaction through excellent service and feedback resolution.
Conduct regular training and performance reviews for staff.
Track KPIs, prepare sales reports, and present insights to senior management.
Manage budgets, shrinkage control, and compliance with SOPs.
Launch and promote new collections, festive campaigns, and in-branch promotions.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of proven experience in retail sales management, preferably in kids garments and toys.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams (50+ staff).
Excellent communication in Tamil (mandatory), and working proficiency in English and Hindi.
Solid knowledge of retail operations, sales planning, merchandising, and inventory control.
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Tech-savvy with familiarity in POS, ERP, and retail reporting systems.
Willing to travel between our branches in Madurai and Coimbatore as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
Prior work experience in managing multi-location branches or regional operations.
Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
