Oversee day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth functioning.
Lead, train, motivate, and manage a team of 50+ sales executives, cashiers, and support staff.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
Maintain optimal stock levels and coordinate with the inventory and purchasing team.
Ensure top-notch visual merchandising and display as per brand guidelines.
Address customer complaints and queries, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management.
Plan and execute promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
Maintain store hygiene, safety, and compliance with company standards.
Recruit and onboard new employees in coordination with HR.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 5 years of experience as a showroom or floor manager in retail, preferably in kidswear and toys.
Proven leadership and team management abilities with large teams (50+ staff).
Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales, and customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with POS systems and inventory software.
Ability to handle pressure and resolve operational challenges quickly.
Bachelors degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.

Prior experience in kids' fashion and/or toys retail sector.
Bilingual abilities (depending on customer base).
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Energetic personality with a passion for childrens products and retail excellence.
