Job Description

roven work experience in digital marketing/social media/content creation.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Canva, basic video editing apps, and analytics tools.
Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
Ability to think creatively and manage time effectively.
Retail, e-commerce, or kidswear experience preferred.
Role & responsibilities

Content Creation:

Create engaging and original content for social media, websites, and campaigns (text, image, video, reels).
Collaborate with design and product teams for photoshoots and visual storytelling.
Write catchy captions, ad copies, blog posts, and promotional texts.

Social Media Management:

Plan and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.).
Monitor and grow follower base, engagement rates, and customer interactions.
Respond to DMs, comments, and messages in a brand-appropriate manner.

Advertisement & Paid Campaigns:

Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, etc.
Monitor ad performance, optimize budget, and generate leads/sales.
Report on ROI, impressions, clicks, CPC, conversions, etc.

Digital Marketing Strategy:

Implement SEO, SEM, email marketing, and WhatsApp broadcast campaigns.
Analyze website/social data via tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Suggest creative ways to improve engagement and online sales.
