Job Summary:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with electrical consultants, MEP companies, EPC contractors, and project procurement teams.
• Work closely with sales lead and MD to understand companys way of working and identify best paths to conversion of projects.
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into successful orders.
• Generate leads through regular visits to existing customers and by identifying new accounts to approach.
• Work closely with the internal design and production teams to offer technically sound solutions.
• Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and consultant meets to enhance brand presence.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B or project sales (preferably in industrial lighting, electricals, or electronics).
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical aptitude to understand and explain lighting products.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and project follow-ups.
• Strong network among electrical consultants and MEP contractors is a big plus
