Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Senior Relationship Officer located in Mundra. The Senior Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships, providing financial advice, offering excellent customer service, and driving sales. Daily tasks include building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, recommending suitable insurance products, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Relationship Management
• Strong Finance knowledge and skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proven Customer Service capabilities
• Sales experience and proficiency
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Mundra
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications in insurance or financial services would be a plus
