We are seeking a Senior Project Lead to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with the ability to lead complex projects and drive results. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring that project goals are met on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
• Communicate project status, updates, and results to stakeholders and senior management.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, providing guidance and support to team members.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
