Senior Product Associate - Digital Communications

As a Senior Product Associate in the Consumer and Community Banks Digital Communications team at one of the world's most innovative financial organizations, you will unleash your expertise in product development and optimization. Your role will involve leveraging user research, analyzing metrics, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to shape the future of products and drive ongoing success. Your responsibilities will include partnering with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities based on user research and market needs. You will consider the implications of new product features on the overall product experience and support the strategic product roadmap through the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis. Additionally, you will analyze and evaluate product metrics to ensure alignment with time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle. Furthermore, you will be responsible for writing requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 7 years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area. Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition, and comfort with industry standard technology platforms are essential.
