We are currently looking for a Senior Principal Consultant in DevOps to join our team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing, designing, building, and maintaining our infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Your responsibilities will include enhancing automation, ensuring system reliability, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions seamlessly. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for automating software delivery, utilizing tools such as Jenkins. - Collaborate closely with development teams, offering guidance on best practices and ensuring smooth integration. - Ensure that all systems and deployment processes adhere to security policies and regulatory requirements. - Enhance operational standards using metrics to boost the efficiency, reliability, and performance of our systems. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting. Qualifications: Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD concepts, version control systems (GitHub), testing frameworks, and tools like Puppet, Ansible, etc. - Proficiency in AWS, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), managing applications/services on Windows and *nix systems, and hardening middleware and webservers like Apache, IIS, JBoss, and Tomcat. - Proven experience in building and working with distributed infrastructure and systems. Preferred qualifications: - Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues efficiently.
