Role Overview

Senior Presentation Designer

Position:

Key Responsibilities

• EndtoEnd Presentation Design:

  Lead the design of client decks - pitch presentations, executive summaries, board reports - ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

• Data Visualization:

  Transform raw data and analytics into clear charts, infographics, and interactive elements.

• Storyboarding & Narrative:

  Collaborate with strategists and account teams to structure presentations for maximum impact and logical flow.

• Template Development:

  Create and maintain master PowerPoint/Keynote templates and style guides for internal and client use.

• Quality Assurance:

  Review decks for accuracy, consistency, and visual polish before delivery.

• Mentorship:

  Provide design guidance to junior team members and uphold best practices in presentation design.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience:

  4 - 6years in an agency or clientside role specializing in presentation design and data viz.

• Technical Proficiency:

  Expert knowledge of PowerPoint, Keynote, and advanced functions (animations, slide masters, linking data).

• Design Tools:

  Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with Tableau, Excel, or other BI tools for chart creation.

• Portfolio:

  Strong showcase of bespoke presentations, infographics, and data visualizations.

• Communication:

  Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to simplify complex ideas.

• Attention to Detail:

  Meticulous about typography, alignment, colour consistency, and version control.

• Team Collaboration:

  Able to work crossfunctionally with strategists, analysts, and copywriters.
