Job Description

We are looking for a smart and self-driven Project Strategy & Communications Assistant to support our marketing team at Organo Eco Habitats. This role works closely with the Brand Strategy & Communications Manager and is central to how we develop, document, and deliver project-specific positioning, GTM kits, and stakeholder communication tools.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Communication Development

  • Assist in shaping the project proposition and its supporting narratives
  • Support the creation of brochures, pitch decks, landing page content, and other assets
  • Coordinate with product, design, sales, and sustainability teams to collate accurate, brand-aligned inputs

2. GTM Support & Content Collation

  • Maintain GTM content trackers and calendars
  • Organize and archive project-related communication materials
  • Mine older brand and project documents for reusable content

3. Vendor & Internal Stakeholder Coordination

  • Create clear, actionable briefs for external writers, designers, and video partners
  • Manage timelines and day-to-day coordination with vendors and freelancers
  • Follow up with internal teams to gather and verify inputs

4. Corporate Communication & Newsletters

  • Support the team on newsletter curation—progress updates, story collation, and photo sourcing
  • Review copy and design for accuracy, tone consistency, and visual alignment

Key Skills & Competencies

Must-Have

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strategic thinking and structured execution
  • Detail orientation across formats—copy, design, layout
  • Effective coordination, follow-through, and multitasking
  • Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and project tracking tools
  • Self-motivated, learning-driven, and action-oriented

Preferred

  • Working knowledge of Figma, Canva, PowerPoint
  • Prior internship or project exposure to marketing, advertising, or brand work
  • Comfort with brief writing and content review
  • Interest in regenerative living, sustainability, or real estate marketing
