Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. To ensure Planned order to production order conversion with respect to Basic start date. 2. To review and ensure 100 % Material availability of RM, OSP, BOU & SFG Parts to release production order. 3. Review with the CFT to complete the Manufacturing Process as per MRP basic finish date. 4. Monitor the production order ageing to reduce WIP inventory 5. Identifying and resolving production issues, such as material shortages or bottlenecks, to ensure timely completion of orders. 6. To review and ensure 100 % Raw Materials for CNC, Manual cutting and Fabrication Operations with Purchase, In-house conversion team and OSP team. 7. To Review with Assembly, CNC, Manual Cutting & Fabrication team to close the production orders as per basic finish date. 8. Lead capacity planning activities ensuring delivery against operational Requirements and which optimise manufacturing efficiency and costs. 9. Significant experience of building capacity / forecasting model plans and undertaking complex analysis. 10. Assess existing capacity and develop operational plans and forecasts based on future plans for demand. 11. Implement best practices, lean methodologies, and automation tools to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. 12. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization in production planning and inventory control. 13. Effectively and efficiently manage the production of the required daily/weekly/monthly targets in line with customer specifications, meeting quality & delivery expectations. 14. Establish strategy and best practices for the team to ensure achievement of overall business objectives through daily work management (DWM). 15. Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices. 16. Power Bi Report development for better understanding of inventory current level and Predict/forecast for next three months inventory requirement w.r.to marketing requirements. 17. Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels by analyzing sales trends, production capacity, and lead time. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 4 years, of experience in Production Planning Ability to effectively influence the stakeholder Proficiency & comfort with numbers.
