Job Title: Senior Network Engineer Location: Pune , Chennai , Bengaluru and Hyderabad Experience: 5 10 Years ( Relevant Exp ) Salary : 20 LPA Notice Period : 30 Days Max ( Immediate Joiners Preferred ) Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network architecture, security, and troubleshooting complex issues in an enterprise environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in network engineering, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment. Strong expertise in routing, switching, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS . Hands-on experience with firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, SonicWall, etc.) and VPN configurations . Proficiency in network monitoring tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, or Zabbix . Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Knowledge of wireless networking, VoIP, and SD-WAN technologies . Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work under pressure. Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or equivalent are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks. Manage and optimize network performance, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum availability. Implement and enforce network security policies, including firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, providing root cause analysis and preventive measures. Work with cross-functional teams to support cloud and on-premises network environments. Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, and new deployments. Monitor network performance and security using advanced monitoring tools. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Maintain network documentation, including diagrams, policies, and procedures. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
