We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to join our team at Surmeyi. This role is operational in nature and involves managing various aspects of our inventory, vendor relationships, and quality control processes for both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring smooth operations and timely restocking.
• Oversee relationships with vendors, ensuring quality and timely delivery of materials and products.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet our standards.
• Manage retail relationships and coordinate pop-up events, including travel to event locations.
• Handle invoicing and maintain clear communication with the accounting team.
• Develop and implement efficient processes, spreadsheets, and templates to streamline operations.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet management and process development.
• Experience in merchandising, inventory management, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to manage relationships across multiple markets.
• We are ideally looking for a candidate based in Jaipur.
