Role & responsibilities

Oversee the complete
Product Development (PD) and Merchandising process
, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality garments that align with brand and buyer expectations.
Act as a key liaison between internal teams and
buyers
, maintaining strong, professional, and proactive communication to build trust and long-term relationships.
Lead and mentor a team of merchandisers, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven work culture.
Leverage market insights and buyer feedback to guide product development and positioning.
Resolve issues and challenges efficiently with a solution-oriented approach, demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
Maintain clear, consistent, and impactful communication with all stakeholders, internal teams, vendors, and international buyersto ensure alignment and transparency throughout the process.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree from a reputed university.
7-12 years of experience in the garment manufacturing industry.
Proven experience in managing a team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to a highly organized work environment.
Demonstrated ability in team development and leadership.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Preferably a resident of Faridabad
