Senior Marketing Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and market share across flexible packaging segments (FMCG, pharma, food, etc.).
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and guide business strategy.
• Lead product positioning and brand management for packaging solutions like laminates, pouches, films, and sustainable materials.
• Manage and grow key customer relationships, including large converters and end-user brands, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with R&D and production teams to launch innovative packaging solutions aligned with market demands (e.g., recyclable/eco-friendly options).
• Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and trade show promotions targeting the packaging ecosystem.
• Participate in major industry events and exhibitions (like Pack Expo, PlastIndia) to promote products and network with potential clients.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and pricing strategy reviews to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create customized proposals, marketing tools, and lead generation strategies.
• Forecast market demand and contribute to business planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Oversee development of marketing materials, including brochures, technical datasheets, case studies, and presentations.
• Lead internal training programs for sales and customer service teams to ensure alignment with marketing strategies and product knowledge.
• Track marketing KPIs and campaign ROI, using analytics to optimize future strategies.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and cost control across all initiatives.
• Mentor and lead the marketing team, fostering a high-performance, innovative, and customer-focused culture.

Requirement Criteria:

• Candidate must have experience with Flexible packaging industry.
• Candidate must have experience of B2B Marketing.
