Roles &Responsibilities: Vendor Sourcing & Management : Identify and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers of raw materials like pigments, chemicals, and solvents. Order Placement & Follow-up : Place purchase orders based on production requirements, and follow up to ensure timely delivery. Inventory Monitoring : Track stock levels and ensure materials are available for uninterrupted production, while preventing overstocking. Quality Assurance : Ensure that all purchased materials meet the required specifications and quality standards, coordinating with the QC team as needed. Price Negotiation : Negotiate competitive pricing, discounts, and favorable payment terms with suppliers. Compliance & Documentation : Maintain accurate records of all purchase orders. Cost Control : Monitor procurement costs and assist in budget management, ensuring efficient use of resources. Logistics Coordination : Work with the logistics team to manage timely deliveries and address any shipping issues. Cross-functional Collaboration : Coordinate with internal teams such as production, quality control, and R&D to understand material needs and ensure smooth operations. Market & Supplier Research : Stay updated on market trends and potential new suppliers to improve procurement strategies and mitigate supply chain risks. Required Skills: Candidate must have good spoken and written english communication. candidate must have knowledge of ERP system & Excel.
