As a Senior Manager - Technical Architect at We Core Solutions INC, you will bring your extensive 18+ years of experience in the software development industry to lead technical architecture initiatives with a focus on the Dot Net Tech Stack. Your primary responsibilities will include defining and enforcing technical architecture standards, reviewing and approving code changes, and leading architectural decision-making processes. You will play a crucial role in transitioning from custom implementations to standardized SaaS offerings by designing scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions within the Microsoft technology stack. Your expertise will be instrumental in establishing technical documentation, coding standards, and development guidelines to ensure the alignment of all code changes with security, performance, and scalability requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing comprehensive code review processes, establishing automated code quality gates, and mentoring senior developers on architectural best practices. Your leadership will drive the adoption of modern development practices such as DevOps, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines while overseeing the platform transformation to minimize custom development overhead and accelerate product development. Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role as you provide technical guidance to distributed development teams, collaborate with US-based product and management teams, and facilitate architectural discussions. Your ability to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement will be essential in driving the platform's scalability to support a growing customer base and usage patterns. To excel in this role, you should possess expert-level proficiency in the Microsoft .NET ecosystem, including C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, Entity Framework, ADO.NET, SQL Server, Azure services, web APIs, REST services, microservices architecture, and cloud architecture experience with AWS. Your leadership skills should be complemented by a strong understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and a security-first mindset, especially in regulated industries like healthcare. Preferred qualifications include experience in the healthcare/EHR industry, SaaS platform development, multi-tenant architecture, Microsoft certifications, modern frontend technologies, and knowledge of healthcare standards.
