Collect and prepare monthly report, Customer Complaint analysis & implementation of actions to ensure non repeatability of complaints, Be the organization s leader to analyze customer complaints and returns and initiative corrective and preventive action using G8D methodology, PFMEA, Plan Control management, Use Schneider tool and software, Participate to meeting with different entities and country Bachelors DEgree in Engineering, and knows the quaity tools, worked in digital tools
