Coordinate with construction teams for on-ground execution. Guide technical teams and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards Drive ISO audits and maintain compliance. Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders for technical clarifications and support Mentor and appraise engineering team members Requirements: 20+ years of experience in solar/renewable energy sector, with a focus on project engineering & management.
