The Senior Manager IT Infrastructure & Automation will drive the organization’s digital transformation journey by leading automation initiatives, managing robust IT infrastructure, and ensuring seamless system operations. A key responsibility will be creating and implementing IT policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency, security, and compliance across all platforms. This role mandatorily requires hands-on expertise in Zoho CRM, especially in workflow integration and automation. The individual should also have prior experience in website management, including coordination with developers for updates, functionality testing, and ensuring cybersecurity standards. Strong communication and leadership skills are critical, as the person will act as the spokesperson for the IT team in cross-functional meetings, lead a team of IT Officers, and effectively represent the department’s priorities and progress to internal stakeholders.
