Role & responsibilities Senior HR Manager in a hospital setting is a leadership role focused on developing and implementing HR strategies that support the hospital's goals . This includes managing employee relations, recruitment, training, compensation, and compliance with labor laws. The role often involves leading HR teams, fostering a positive work environment, and contributing to the hospital's overall strategic planning. R esponsible for overseeing all aspects of human capital management within the healthcare facility . Employee Relations: Managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Performance Management: Overseeing performance appraisals, providing feedback, and managing performance improvement plans. Compensation and Benefits: Managing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. HR Strategy and Policy: Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the hospital's goals and objectives. Employee Engagement: Creating and implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and motivation. Workforce Planning: Participating in workforce planning to ensure the hospital has the right number and mix of staff to meet patient needs. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collecting and analyzing HR data to identify trends, track key metrics, and inform decision-making. Budget Management: Managing the HR budget and ensuring efficient use of resources. Should have mandatory work experience in Hospital at least 8 years in the role of Manager.
