Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on people and culture.
  • Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.

Plant HR Operations

  • Oversee HR operations across all 3 manufacturing units.
  • Ensure smooth union and employee relations, grievance handling, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Drive manpower planning, productivity improvement, and time & attendance systems.
  • Champion EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) initiatives at plants.

Corporate HR Leadership

  • Lead policy design, HR process standardization, and organization development at the corporate level.
  • Drive performance management, learning and development, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Implement and monitor HR dashboards, analytics, and key performance indicators.

Compliance & IR

  • Ensure full compliance with applicable labor laws and industrial regulations.
  • Maintain healthy industrial relations and manage union negotiations where applicable.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and ensure fairness and consistency in enforcement of policies.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Foster a strong performance-oriented culture.
  • Drive internal communication, employee recognition, and engagement programs.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion efforts.

Technology & Digital HR

  • Lead implementation of HRIS, automation of HR processes, and adoption of digital HR tools.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.
  • 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, including

    hands-on plant HR leadership and corporate HR exposure

    .
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, IR, factory compliance, and HR operations in a manufacturing setup.
  • Experience in managing multi-location units.
  • Proven leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
