The purpose of this role is to provide support and assistance in all areas of managing the client s business and keeping day to day activities running smoothly. Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and retention for key clients. Lead media planning across bothdigital and offline channels, ensuring integration and coherence with the overall media strategy. Foster strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives. Manage business teams, encouraging collaboration and high performance. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including buying, operations, finance, strategy, and analytics, to deliver comprehensive services. Craft compelling narratives and presentations to effectively communicate strategies and results to clients and stakeholders. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to proactively adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge. The incumbent should have a knowledge of the planning process to be able to collaborate with the Integrated planning team on day to day and candence wise planning work
