We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in developing and deploying machine learning models that directly impact business outcomes for our clients. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of innovative technology and real-world application solving complex problems with elegant, scalable solutions.

What You ll Do

Design and build scalable machine learning models to solve practical business challenges.
Collaborate closely with data scientists, data engineers, and product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Analyze and preprocess large datasets for training and evaluation purposes.
Continuously evaluate and improve model performance through experimentation and tuning.
Deploy models into production using frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or Docker.
Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of ML systems in production.
Monitor model performance and address issues proactively.
Stay up to date with the latest research, tools, and best practices in machine learning and AI.

What We re Looking For

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proven experience in Python and core machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost.
Strong understanding of ML algorithms, statistical modeling, and performance optimization techniques.
Experience with data analysis and manipulation using tools like Pandas and NumPy.
Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative coding environments.
Hands-on experience deploying ML models via REST APIs and containerized services (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Bonus: Experience with SQL and modern data pipeline tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Spark).
