Senior Legal Associate (Contract Analyst) Position Overview: As a Legal Associate at Provakil, you will work to understand, categorize, and organize contractual provisions for our Clients. We work to provide all sorts of services needed by our clients for contracts which includes assessing, categorizing, and reviewing all components of contracts. You will be expected to perform advanced level analysis of contractual provisions. Responsibilities: - Classification of customers Contract data. - Abstraction of specific data points from the executed customer contracts, working knowledge for both fundamental and specific terms. - Summarization of different types of contracts - Standardizing the contract templates to be mapped in the product. - Creating reports and dashboards for ongoing projects. - Regular interaction with customer interaction for the data digitization process. - Managing team and projects. Qualifications: - LLB/LLM Required - 5+ years of Proven experience in dealing with contract Management and contract data abstraction - Proficient in English language & MS-Excel, Word. - Ability to work under tight deadlines. - A team player who takes responsibility for results. - Creative and curious with the ability to find solutions to the problems.
