Job Description

Project description We are seeking a Full Stack DevOps Engineer to support and modernize financial messaging systems. The role focuses on enhancing Java-based on-prem applications, developing new solutions with the latest technologies, implementing frontend requirements with React.js, and building CI/CD pipelines. The engineer will also automate infrastructure deployments using Ansible and support Linux RedHat-based environments. The role supports secure, scalable financial data exchange in a high-performance, agile team setting. Responsibilities

Enhance and maintain existing Java on-prem applications

Design and implement new solutions from development to production using modern technologies

Implement frontend requirements using React.js SPA and related frameworks

Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines for automation

Write automated tests for both new and existing codebases

Create Ansible playbooks for deployment tasks

Provide application support in Linux RedHat environments
Skills Must have

Ideally 8+ years Java engineering experience using Java 8 or later in data-intense environments

Strong technical skills with

Spring framework and Spring Boot with embedded Tomcat

REST / SOAP services

Apache Camel

CI/CD, Docker, Ansible, Git, automation

Relational databases such as Oracle/Postgres (JPA, MyBatis)

API design (OpenAPI, Swagger)

Solid Linux skills (preferably RedHat, RPM experience is a plus)
Nice to have

Experience with Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), Kubernetes is a plus

Experience working with at least one JavaScript SPA framework (React.js, Vue.js, Angular.js) is desirable

Experience with MQ/Kafka is a plus

Knowledge about Financial Messaging (SWIFT Fin, ISO 20022 etc.) is a plus

Experience in working in an Agile environment
