Senior HMI Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HMI Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience in developing Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI), customizing widgets, and writing backend logic for HMI systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, user experience design, and system integration. Key Responsibilities: Design and Develop HMI Systems: Create intuitive and efficient HMIs for advanced systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into HMI features. Widget Customization: Customize and develop widgets to enhance user interaction and interface functionality. Ensure widgets are optimized for performance and usability. Backend Logic Development: Write and maintain backend logic for HMI systems to ensure seamless data flow and system integration. Implement and integrate HMI solutions within the system architecture. Usability Testing and Feedback: Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to continuously improve HMI design. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HMI functionality. Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest HMI development technologies and trends. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in HMI development, widget customization, and backend logic writing. Strong understanding of HMI design principles and user experience. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as CODESYS Structured Text, C++, python script and frameworks like Qt. Experience with HMI development tools and software. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Soft Skills: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus. Familiarity with agile development practices Should have working knowledge of DevOps and Git
